ONE-ON-ONE and SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

  • I possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness and weight training programs on a one-on-one basis or in small groups, developing a program to meet the specific needs of the client and for ensuring that equipment is used appropriately and for the desired purpose
  • Eating plans (Proper fat loss and/or muscle gain)
  • I work with people of all ages and skill levels
  • Advice and assistance in reaching personal health and fitness goals
  • Lead, instruct, and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stretching
  • Preparation and coaching to enter bodybuilding and fitness competitions (Men and Woman)
  • Establish a lifetime exercise habit
  • Body assessments
  • Monitoring of client’s progression every two weeks
  • Guiding client on what supplements to use to support their training routine

ON-LINE COACHING

  • On-Line fitness and weight training programs
  • Eating plans (Proper fat loss and/or muscle gain)
  • Preparation and coaching to enter bodybuilding and fitness competitions (Men and Woman)
  • Guiding client on what supplements to use to support their training routine
  • Monitoring client’s progression every two weeks on-line
  • Guiding client on what supplements to use to support their training routine
  • Modify exercises according to clients’ progression
